The game has intense detailing and provides all the tools required you will need to build your own city. You can build the city your way, create buildings , create a flawless transportation system, create parks keeping in mind the main motive that is keep the citizens happy. Improve public transportation, reduce pollution, collect taxes. Unlock levels by completing reaching population level goals or create your own levels and join the community development. For this purpose a map editor is provided with the game. You can buy the DLC pack to get 5 historical monuments from around the world but truly saying it's too expensive.
